TradeDiscipline is an analysis and journaling tool. It does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. AI-generated analyses are provided for informational purposes only. Any trading decision remains your sole responsibility. Trading involves significant risk of capital loss.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
All TradeDiscipline content (code, design, text, brand) is the exclusive property of TradeDiscipline and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TradeDiscipline shall not be liable for trading losses, data loss, or any other indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, including in cases of violation of these terms.
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
